Coach Troy L. Scoggins brings an extensive background in the Fitness Industry as a Competitor, Coach, and Personal Trainer. He brings nearly ten years as a High School Strength & Conditioning and Track Coach. He is a certified L-2 USA Weigh Lifting Coach and USA Track & Field Coach. As a competitor, he competed in both Olympic Weight Lifting and Power Lifting. In Track & Field, he was an All-American (Masters Class) at 55 & 60 m indoors and 100 & 200 m outdoors.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, he has specialized in working with clients in the development of strength, power, mobility, and balance for a fit lifestyle. Additionally, he has prepped several clients for the US Military and various Government agencies physical assessment tests. Along with his numerous Fitness and Athletic Certifications he has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
